X-FACTOR #235 & #236

Writer Peter David
Artist Leonard Kirk
Cover Artist David Yardin

• Something is eviscerating super heroes in Seattle and X-Factor is called in to investigate.
• Featuring all-new villain Scattershot, who looks suspiciously like two members of X-Factor Investigations…
• And Shatterstar goes berserk! (‘Nuff said!)

Yeah since his intro way back in New Mutants he's always been a hard ass warrior, although I guess PAD's been exploring other aspects of his personality more in X-Factor recently. #235 & #236 covers are definitely highlighting more his warrior aspect.

Shatterstar is a very cool character but has been underated for so long. I hope Marvel gives him the attention he deserves and artists like you with the talent for such amazing pieces like this will really come in handy! ;)

Thanks. I'm not sure if they have any plans beyond X-Factor for Shatterstar, but it would be cool to see a mini-series or something too.

Yeah, they should definitely give him more exposure instead of having characters like Wolverine appearing on almost every comic they publish! Even if he´s only showcased on X-Factor I hope he´s treated as an A-grade character!

We're all about C grade characters in X-Factor... B grade at most (and in some cases Z grade )... but we treat them like A Grade!

Yeah, well...I´ve always thought that characters like Havok, Longshot and (obviously) Shatterstar deserved more spotlight and had the potential to become A grade, but I guess that´s up to the writers and how they choose to use the characters in the stories they write.
